Thi is just random question a limousine service company owner might ask himself. We're not to say that clients have to always cater to us. However, the ideology that the customer is always right is followed clearly with us. We try to accomodate all of our clients in the best way possible.
Sometimes we have certain vehicles booked on the same day. After the usage of the first job, we bring one and then clean it and wash it. Leave it as impeccable as we can. Complaints? we listen to all of them, of course we barely have them. A wonderful client is one that asks for the most detailed service.
